As soon as a cow has been identified in the milking stall the stall is automatically matched to the exact size of the cow and its specific food quantity will be allocated precisely.
The milking robot moves immediately up to the box. All of the teats will be detected with the greatest reliability thanks to our new and unique teat locating technology.
The camera records the shape and exact position of each of the teats while keeping the teat cups in the picture at the same time.
The attaching process could not be made more reliable that this!
The arm moves onto the next box as soon as the attachment has been completed. No unnecessary equipment for the milking process remains beneath the cow. This minimises the risk of loss and ensures that the attachment actuator system is used optimally:

The actual milking process starts immediately after the attachment of the teat cup and the process consists of the following working steps: Teat cleaning, pre-milking, stimulation, milking and removal. Therefore just one milking robot and teat location system are needed per Multibox system to cover the entire milking process. Summary: Exceptionally efficient and timesaving milking.
