Trainee program

As a young professional you have the opportunity to participate in our diverse range of trainee programs. You work through a variety of different departments and have the opportunity to get to know other areas of the company. This enables you to develop a broad range of expertise and the basis for your own personal network.

The goal of these programs is primarily to give graduates on the job preparation for demanding specialist and management positions. In contrast to the classical direct-entry process you have the opportunity to familiarise yourself with our structures and working methods over a fixed period of time, generally 18 months. During this time you work your way through a variety of departments and positions both at home and abroad.

Your studies have provided you with sound theoretical knowledge. With your skills, additional qualifications and experience from initial practical activities you can begin your professional career with us immediately after completing your studies. You receive support from highly qualified colleagues and the opportunity to rapidly take on demanding and challenging tasks.
