A good cluster has to meet the animals' needs and at the same time be easy to handle for the operator. GEA Farm Technologies has a wide range of components which can be combined to build the ideal cluster for your cows.

Optimum milk flow right from the beginning!
To achieve perfect positioning of the cluster on the udder, the weight of the cluster must be balanced. There should be more weight in the teat cup shells than in the clawpiece to avoid slipping liners and air leakages. The different GEA Farm Technologies teat cup shells can be combined to produce the perfect cluster to suit your needs.

The flow-promoting design of our clawpieces supports rapid removal of the milk without any detours or restrictions to flow. Another advantage you will benefit from is the careful treatment of the milk.

• Proper fit with the udder: the position of the claw's inlets is ideal for all udder types. Even cows with very close teats can be milked perfectly. The balanced weight ensures good cluster position which is crucial for effective milking-out.

High quality, lightweight and flexible - milk and pulse tubes to suit every udder:

• The short milk tubes are flexible enough to suit every udder. There is a choice of different lengths to enable the cluster to be fitted to all possible udder forms. 
• The long milk tubes are available in silicone and rubber. GEA Farm Technologies recommends the use of silicone due to its light weight and smoother texture: less drag and twisting leads to better weight distribution on the udder resulting in better cluster position.
