WestfaliaSurge GmbH announced today the signing of a contract with Punch Graphix nv.

The contract stipulates the grant of a worldwide licence on Punch milking robot technology to WestfaliaSurge.

In addition WestfaliaSurge takes over the full service of the installed base of RMS milking robots.

WestfaliaSurge plans to integrate a major part of the sales and service organization of the RMS division into its own organization. This ensures the continuation of specialised service to existing and future customer.

The contract is subject to the approval of the German anti-trust authorities.
Until the approval, Punch Graphix remains responsible for all sales and service activities.
