Bönen, July 12, 2010 – GEA Farm Technologies has developed a new generation of innovative hygiene products. The new product range from GEA Farm Technologies covers the whole of the operational and animal hygiene area and will be available from 1st September at the appropriate dealers. Optimal standards of hygiene are the key to success! To guarantee this GEA Farm Technologies has now produced the hygiene lines Circo, Agro, Profilac, Pedico and Domo for the whole of the European market in its own production facilities with new mixtures and to high quality standards.

With the development of this new hygiene product line GEA Farm Technologies has emphasized its claims as an innovative total solutions supplier. This includes solutions which concentrate on the broad range of dairy farms’ service needs. Whether it is a question of the hygiene of plant, animal or individual items of equipment – farms now have a choice of a complete product range from the latest generation for all possible areas of application.

As high milk quality and a long plant lifetime are farmers’ top priorities, the extensive Circo product range has been developed especially for efficient use in milking systems and cooling tanks. The use of alkaline and acidic cleaners reliably ensures thorough and gentle cleaning of the plant and components with each cleaning interval. The cleaning, care and disinfection of the udder are decisive factors in the production of low-bacteria milk. It is for this reason that GEA Farm Technologies has made available a number of Profilac products which promote and support the udder health of the cows. Just as important for animal hygiene are practical and user-friendly solutions for bedding and hoof care which are provided by the Pedico products. The Agro products, which have been especially developed for manual cleaning, ensure regular removal of mineral residues or organic soiling on the outside surfaces of the milking systems. This makes a definite and valuable contribution to farm hygiene. Additionally, for the household product area, cleanliness is guaranteed for both laundry and hands by the Domo products.
