Mix & Carry is the reliable, automatic feeding system that frees farmers from the work involved in feeding, including the weighing of individual portions of roughage, crafts and minerals, mixing and distribution of the TMR onto the feed alley.

You can provide every group of cows with their own specific menu using individual mixtures. The user-friendly WIC control unit gives you quick access to feeding schedules, ingredients, quantities or parameters of the animal groups. Once the Mix & Carry system has been started it carries out the complete process starting with weighing in from bunkers and silos, mixing in a stationary mixer and distributing by the rail-mounted feeder.
The Mix & Carry also reports back to the on farm computer with teh details of every step taken.

The battery-driven feeder operates quickly and quietly and always distributes the exact TMR to the various groups.

The conveyor belt on the Mix & Carry feeder enables it to dispense either on one or both sides of the feed alley. Its narrow construction makes the feeder extremely flexible.

A width of just 2m is sufficient to distribute the feed. When setting up a new cow barn the narrow system offers a great deal of space saving so you can increase productivity using a smaller area!

With the Mix & Carry all farmers need to do is occasionally fill up the bunkers and silos.

The frequent distribution in a relaxing atmosphere improves both the cows feed intake and utilisation of the feed. The continuous mixing ensures that the feed is always kept fresh and prevents fermenting.
