The tandem parlour at its best.  With fully automated cow movement the operator is free to concentrate entirely on the milking process.

The sequence below describes the smooth milking process:

1. Once the light sensor has detected the cow, the central entry gate closes automatically and the animal is directed into the empty milking box through the open entry gate.
2. The box entry gate closes behind the animal and the cow is now in the perfect milking position ready udder preparation and cluster attachment.
3. At the end of milking the automatic cluster remover pulls the cluster gently from the udder. 
4. If there are no alarms requiring operator attention, the exit gate from the milking box will be opened automatically and the animal is free to leave the box. 
5. Once the cow has left the box, the exit gate closes automatically and the entrance gate opens again. 
6. The central entry gate then opens enabling the next cow to enter the box and the milking process can start again.            

• Individual boxes in different layouts (for example in an L or U shape) or as a one-sided milking parlours, without losing any of the functionality. 
• Passageway control ensures a cow leaving the parlour is not directed into an empty stall - recommended for four or more stalls per passage.
• The MultiBoard stainless steel panelling houses the pulsators, ACR cylinders, control valves, vacuum line and cabling.  The streamline design offers excellent protection from dust dirt and moisture.
