Different to most other lobe pumps the RPL series is equipped with a three lobe rotor instead of a two lobe rotor, in a durable housing. This increases the efficiency of vacuum production.   The pumps are available in a range of capacities from 1800 to 7500 litres a minute.

The three-lobe rotors run smoothly and quietly without making contact. Exhaust noise is limited to a minimum due to a newly designed pressure compensator. The gear wheels of the drive have parallel teeth and are manufactured to very high tolerances. This type of precision guarantees perfect synchronisation during operation and lowest wear and tear.

Clean suction air: It's a breath of fresh air! 

The suction air will always be clean even in very tough environments.  The specifically designed separator in the 230 litre vacuum tank ensures highest safety and efficiency due to the cyclone principle and effective filters for fluids and solid particles. The vacuum pump does not need regular rinsing and service intervals can be kept to a minimum without sacrificing pump life.
