AutoRotor Capri 90 - Rotary milking parlour from WestfaliaSurge especially for goats

• Outside rotary milking parlour for goats • Ergonomic milking place technology • Innovative entry solution • Special dairy management for goats
22/12/05

Goat's milk products are now firmly established on the market.  These foodstuffs need to be produced in an economic, animal-friendly and completely hygienic way. Such demands can now be easily met with the new AutoRotor Capri 90 rotary milking parlour from WestfaliaSurge.  The side-by-side concept provides milking comfort, choice of size (24 to 64 places) and a large number of configuration options with modern milking technology.  The rotary milking parlour for goats is therefore just as suitable for family operations as for large businesses.

The design places great emphasis on milking technology details, ergonomics and comfort for both goat and milker – as a guarantee for efficient milking.  The electrical drive has a very small power requirement thus ensuring low electricity consumption and reliability. A V-shaped entry box to the rotary parlour (with optional animal identification) avoids stress by preventing the goats from overtaking each other or pushing. The animals are held in the milking stall by a retention arm (optional).  This arm only opens when the goat has finished milking. Slow-milking animals can be recycled to avoid waiting times. The TopFlow Z milking cluster, developed especially for goats, milks gently at a low vacuum level.

The outside milking design provides sufficient space between the animals for the equipment. Milking equipment, milking and rotary parlour control systems are all located ergonomically at working height in the vicinity of the milker.  The milking places can be individually fitted with standard or high-tech milking equipment. This includes milking equipment with automatic milk flow controlled cluster removal, the complete milking management with Metatron, or DairyPlan G21 dairy management especially for goat milk producers.
