The GEA Farm Technologies SwingOver Milking Parlor System features automated milk-start (activates detacher automatically), unsurpassed milking technology for proper unit alignment and milkout, optimal operator comfort, and parlor packages to fit your operation.

• Economically efficient - both sides of the milking parlor can use one set of milking units, pulsators and detachers.
  
  

• Proven design - uses the rugged and affordable EuroClass 800 herringbone stall, designed for maximum space efficiency, cow comfort and operator convenience.
  
  

• PosiSwing 800D arm - exclusive technology automates the milk-start function, and makes handling the milking unit more efficient. When used with an automatic detacher, the take-off cylinder is incorporated into a PosiSwing arm, simplifying hose management.
  
  

• Herd management/milk metering capabilities – can be combined with Metatron P21 to capture herd data. The Metatron can also control entrance and exit gates. Optional automatic cow identification can be added to Metatron 21 systems.
  
  

• High milk quality - smooth, non-aggressive milking process protects teat health and maintains milk quality. Milk handling system meets 3A sanitary standards.
  
  

• Optimum operator efficiency - for easy access to cows.  The PosiSwing arm positions hoses for good unit alignment and keeps the operator pit open and orderly. Automation also improves efficiency.

  • EuroClass 800 with the PosiSwing 800D arm, includes vacuum operated detacher cylinder and Metatron P21 milk metering system.
